Liz Goodman: A Journey of Resilience and Healing

Liz Goodman has always been a fighter. A nurse by profession and a seeker of truth in health and healing, she has spent years navigating the complexities of chronic illness while maintaining an unshakable faith and determination.

Her health journey began in adolescence, marked by debilitating pain and unexplained symptoms and a diagnosis as neurodivergent. Over the years, she battled medical gaslighting, countless misdiagnoses, and the uncertainty of living with conditions that lacked clear explanations. It wasn’t until adulthood that she finally began to piece together the puzzle—leading to diagnoses of Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and Interstitial Cystitis.

Despite the challenges, Liz refused to let illness define her. She pursued a career in nursing, leveraging her firsthand experiences to advocate for better patient care. She has embraced both traditional and natural medicine in her quest for healing, combining scientific knowledge with faith-based wisdom.

Liz has been on a journey of deep healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. She now shares her story with honesty and hope, offering insights into her treatments, faith, and the lessons she’s learned along the way.

Through biweekly infusions, new treatments, and the unwavering support of her family and medical team, Liz continues to fight for a better quality of life. She believes in the power of resilience, the importance of listening to one’s body, and the necessity of advocating for one’s own health.

Her personal mission is simple: to share her journey in the hope that others navigating similar battles will find comfort, knowledge, and encouragement. Because, no matter how hard the road may be, there is always hope—and Liz chooses joy every step of the way.
